  • Selection and organisation of private properties, from serviced villas to more confidential locations, up to a private island in the Caribbean. We can also coordinate the necessary services for your stay: dedicated staff, private transfers, catering, or specific services, according to your expectations.

Yachts & Cruises

  • Research and coordination of yachts and navigation solutions tailored to your project, with the support of specialised partners. For certain projects, we can explore the total or partial privatisation of a cruise ship, including with the most prestigious companies or expedition operators.

How do our travel concierge services work?

Concierge Services – Framework & Fees

BG ULTIMATE concierge services apply only to requests requiring specific organisation.
Booking a cruise or a stay at a resort falls under our classic travel services and does not require complex arrangements.

For travel concierge services, each request undergoes a preliminary analysis to precisely define the scope of the mission, the partners to be mobilised, and the coordination modalities.
These services incur service fees, billed in addition to any partner costs.

These fees cover:

  • analysis and definition of needs
  • research and selection of service providers
  • verification and coordination of partners
  • preparation and implementation of the service
  • operational monitoring before and during the trip
  • dedicated availability when necessary

Before any commitment, a detailed quote is presented, specifying the scope of the mission and the corresponding fees, ensuring a clear framework and a fully controlled process.
