The earlier the better. For summer or festive periods (Christmas, New Year), we recommend planning at least twelve months ahead. For Raja Ampat, in Indonesia, up to eighteen months. The best cabins and rooms go quickly.

Yes. When your booking is confirmed, a deposit is requested, together with immediate settlement of any services that must be secured quickly (domestic flights, special permits).

The balance is generally due 90 days before departure; this may be brought forward during periods of high demand.

BG ULTIMATE receives a commission on every booking made through 360 Private Travel or Virtuoso.

For concierge services, the design of complex itineraries (safaris, extended family journeys, events) and journeys requiring advanced coordination, we apply service fees. These are communicated transparently after the discovery call or meeting, once we confirm that your project aligns with our standards of support and you confirm the engagement.

Invoicing for journeys, cruises and concierge services is issued by 360 Private Travel, which accepts all major currencies, all common means of payment, and cryptocurrencies on request.
