Data Collected
- Through the contact form: first name, surname, email address, and the content of the message.
- Through browsing: technical connection data and cookies, under the conditions described below.
No other data is requested. The website does not collect banking information, identity documents, or any information relating to personal assets.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Data transmitted through the contact form is used to respond to the request and, where applicable, to prepare the relationship that may follow. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the individual, or the legitimate interest of the company in responding to a request addressed to it.
Recipients
Data is processed by BG ULTIMATE. It is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.
When a file is initiated, only the data necessary for its execution is transmitted to 360 Private Travel and to the relevant travel providers. No data is sold, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
Retention Period
Messages received through the contact form are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Data relating to an executed file is retained for the duration required by applicable accounting and contractual obligations.
Rights of Individuals
Every individual has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port their personal data. These rights may be exercised by email at y.guevellou@bg-ultimate.com or by post at the company’s registered office. A complaint may be lodged with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.

The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation, as well as audience measurement and comfort cookies subject to consent. The banner displayed on first visit allows acceptance or refusal of these cookies, and the choice may be modified at any time from the same banner.
